ACADEMIC VISIT AND EXCHANGE PROGRAM - AVEP CHULA 2018

What better way to spend your break than having an exchange in another country eh?
Not just any exchange but a subsidized AND dental related one!

We had insights into one of the oldest (101 years old) universities in Thailand. 12 lucky dental students from Malaysia were selected and had a chance to tour this massive campus and also their purple building (fun fact : purple is the colour of dentistry in Thailand!) We learnt how the dental curriculum is run in Chula University.

But what’s truly unforgettable is the hands on anatomy workshop whereby we get to have a chance with the cadavers and even observed an entire autopsy at the forensic department. Speaking of an out-of-the-world experience eh?
