Oral hygiene instructions & oral hygience educations (OHI&OHE) maybe its sound simple "ajar orang gosok gigi jer pun" but it is the part that will save a lots of teeth by preventing the dental caries lesions & periodontal problems. Please be PATIENCE to educate & guide our patients to get a good oral hygiene . 

P.s Even dental students are hard to get a plaque score less than 25%. Do you know one?
